Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.



Q: Do these patterns use oil or acrylic paint?
A: The majority of the books and patterns are written using bottled acrylic paint. A few books offer a choice of acrylic, gouache, or oil paint.



Q: Does Prudy teach outside of her studio?
A: Yes. Contact Prudy directly for teaching your group and to see her contract. Prudy loves travel teaching and will gladly work with you to schedule a seminar.



Q: Can I copy these patterns?
A: Prudy allows mechanical copying of line drawings for classroom use only. Other artists from Prudy's Studio need to be contacted directly for permission..



Q: Can I paint a project from these patterns and sell it?
A: Prudy allows her designs to be painted and sold in a venue such as a craft show, giving credit to the designer. These designs are not allowed to be mass-produced.
